What's Inside?

Wild Orange: Cold pressed from the peel, Wild Orange is one of doTERRA’s best-selling essential oils thanks to its energising aroma and many beneficial properties. Rich in monoterpenes, Wild Orange essential oil is soothing to the skin and makes a pleasant addition to a variety of beauty products.

Star Anise:  Star Anise comes from an evergreen tree native to Southeast Asia. It usually grows only 4–6 metres tall, although it can reach heights of up to 20 metres. In Chinese culture it is called “eight-horned anise” or simply “eight-horned,” referring to its distinctive fruit with eight follicles. The main chemical constituent of Star Anise oil is anethole, which gives both the essential oil and the fruit their well-known liquorice-like aroma. As a key ingredient in doTERRA ZenGest™, Star Anise oil provides beneficial topical properties for abdominal discomfort.

Ginger: Sourced from Madagascar, dōTERRA Ginger essential oil is produced from the plant's fresh rhizome, an underground modified stem that continues into the ginger root system. Known as a key ingredient in Asian cuisine, ginger offers a spicy, aromatic flavour when used as a culinary spice. In Western traditions it is more commonly used in sweet foods such as gingerbread or ginger biscuits.

Bergamot: Bergamot is one of the most delicate citrus plants and requires a special climate and soil composition to thrive. In Greece, the still-unripe fruit is eaten by the spoonful as a dessert or served with coffee. Bergamot is unique among citrus oils because it can be both uplifting and calming. It has been used for centuries to promote a sense of calm and to rejuvenate the appearance of the complexion.

Ylang Ylang: Ylang ylang essential oil is extracted from the star-shaped flowers of the tropical ylang ylang tree. It is widely used in perfumery and aromatherapy, and it has also played an important role in religious and wedding ceremonies for centuries. Because of its rich, sweet aroma and protective properties, it is often found in luxury hair and skin care products. Ylang ylang is also known for its calming and mood-enhancing effects.

Frankincense:  With its rich aroma, Frankincense essential oil is considered one of the most precious and valuable oils and is often called the “king” of essential oils. Centuries ago, ancient Egyptians used frankincense resin for many purposes, from perfumes to skin-care balms. Its soothing and beautifying properties can help rejuvenate the appearance of the skin when applied topically and may help reduce the appearance of imperfections.

Lemongrass:  Lemongrass produces a smoky, citrusy essential oil that offers many benefits. Asian cuisine has long used Lemongrass essential oil in soups, teas and curries, and to season fish, poultry, beef and seafood. Its strong, herbaceous aroma refreshes the atmosphere of any room.

Tonka Bean: Dipteryx odorata is a beautiful flowering tree species in the pea family (Fabaceae), often referred to as “cumaru” or “Brazilian teak”. Native to northern South America, the tree produces seeds known as tonka beans. Because of their high coumarin content, the beans have a powerful aroma that gives them a sweet vanilla-like scent.

Vanilla Absolute: Vanilla planifolia is a species of the genus Vanilla in the orchid family and is found in several regions, including Mexico, Central America, Colombia, and Brazil. This evergreen climbing plant has a high vanillin content, making it a popular source of vanilla flavouring.
